Transformers [xLg]In the past, I’ve been resistant to radically compositing shots to create something totally new – a hybrid image. Recently though, I’ve been embracing this approach to certain images that beg more than a ‘conceptual’ presentation. I’m also using heightened color and visual effects – taking the image beyond its ‘natural’ state to one of fantasy.

Beyond the conceptual, there is fantasy.
My photos are varied, thus I have compiled my work into various Image Galleries so that the Site isn’t a visual jumble. But some of my images did not fit comfortably in their categories; for instance, if an image is a composite of multiple photos, does that automatically make it an abstraction? Now I can call such imagery ‘Fantasy’.
