“We are here on Earth to fart around.
Don’t let anybody tell you any different.”
– Kurt Vonnegut
This post is an example of the diversity of shots I’ve taken recently… and some older shots I’ve revisited with Photoshop just to fart around.

Random shots become meaningful in post-production.
It’s difficult for me to define what I shoot as ‘projects’. My photographic expression is based on observation. I keep my camera handy and shoot what interests me on the moment. I go into a shoot with intention but more often it’s composition of frame that drives my shooting, not a theme.
I’m sometimes surprised [pleasantly and not] after a shoot when I review the work. Some of the shots may not be quite what I expected when I framed them. But Photoshop plays a big part in the final image. Not used as a fix [a bad shot can’t really be repaired], but as an enhancement. Post-production is when I have the most fun.
